Two stars feels generous, this is the second time I have ordered from USA Chicken and they got my order wrong. We have ordered take out from here for over 10 years and never had the order delivered incorrectly. It feels as if someone isn't even reading the order correctly. There is also no process in place to correct the order, just an ok I will make it right next time... well I did order the next time and it was twice as bad... needless to say I will be taking my orders elsewhere

The food lacked flavor, no dipping sauce was provided and the chicken was extremely greasy. The flyer we got in the door said free delivery over orders £13 with £2 delivery for our area but on checkout online the minimum was £35!
